Key Details: • Ages: Preschool to Elementary (including 6-year-old with autism) • Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:30pm - 7:30pm • Compensation: $20-$24 per hour Responsibilities: • Manage daily activities for multiple children • Support special needs child with understanding and patience • Prepare snacks • Assist with homework • Supervise playtime • Ensure child safety during activities Essential Qualifications: • Experience with special needs children • Comfortable caring for multiple children • Reliable transportation • Strong communication skills • Caring and patient demeanor This is a flexible, ongoing position with a supportive work-from-home parent.
