Hello! I'm Quinn.
I hold a degree in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Jewish Studies, and I had the incredible opportunity to study abroad in Jerusalem, Israel.
During my time in college, I worked as an Activity Counselor at my local Jewish community center, where I supervised children from Kindergarten through 6th grade. I organized a wide range of educational, recreational, and creative activities—arts and crafts, team-building games, sports, and Jewish cultural programming—all designed to encourage teamwork, leadership, and personal growth. I also incorporated Jewish traditions and holidays into daily activities through storytelling, music, and crafts. In addition, I collaborated closely with fellow counselors to ensure smooth operations and to share ideas for enriching the camp experience.
During the summer, I worked as a General Educator at Congregation Beth Israel, where I created age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool-aged children (ages 2-5), integrating Jewish traditions, values, and holidays into everyday learning. I supported the lead teachers with classroom management, assisted with lesson planning, and ensured that children were safe and engaged during playtime. I also encouraged social interaction and development through guided group activities.
With over seven years of babysitting experience ranging from 9 months to 12 years old, I've had the opportunity to work with a variety of ages and personalities, gaining a deep understanding of children's needs and behaviors.
Before college, I served as a Media Arts mentor at SAY Si, an arts non-profit in San Antonio, where I led middle schoolers in creative classes on photography, filmmaking, and experiential art. I also helped organize local field trips and large-scale art showcases of students' work.
Currently, I work in the film industry at United Talent Agency, but I'm eager to transition into full-time childcare. As the eldest of five siblings, I’ve always been passionate about caring for and nurturing children. I believe supporting their growth in a positive and engaging environment is far more fulfilling and aligned with my long-term goals.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me listening to podcasts, reading, or cheering on the Texas Longhorns. Hook 'em!
