Meet Kelli: A nanny in Milwaukee, WI

I have been in the childcare field for 23 years ( since i was 12 ) i am also the oldest of 8 ( through blended families ) i started at the neighborhood daycare as a helper. I evolved into a babysitter and eventually a live in nanny and eventually a career nanny. Im loyal and reliable to a fault ( only "called in twice in a 9 year stretch) im extremely flexible as long as you can be too! Im highly efficient, resourceful and organized. Im super creative and love arts, cooking and outings! especially love zoo trips! I am great with all ages but definitely specialize in babies and toddlers! I just ended a 9 year stretch with a family that had 6 children, both parents were ER doctors. We had an ever-changing wild and crazy schedule but we made it work!! The ONLY reason we ended our work relationship is their youngest aged out of needing fulltime care and i need fulltime! My daughter was born in the middle of my time with them ( shes now 4) and we incorporated her into the mix pretty seamlessly shes a great kid gets along with other kids very well (shes been used to it her whole life) shes very flexible and goes with flow! I am my daughters childcare so we are a package deal but once you get to know me and her i think you will see that it's a bonus versus an obstacle! I would love to become part of a family. Im not interested in being an "employee" i give my heart and soul and 100% to my relationships and i like to look at it as we are family versus strictly professional. If you want a household employee without any of the fluff this will not be a good fit, but if you're looking for ling term, dedication and someone that will live your family like their own , you have found the right person!
