Meet Katelyn: A nanny and babysitter in Clark, NJ

My name is Katelyn, and I am currently a third-year student at Penn State University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I am originally from Clark, NJ, and will be home for the summer.

Last summer, I had the privilege of working with two wonderful families. One had a 2-month-old and a 3-year-old, while the other had a 5-year-old and an 8-year-old. My responsibilities included feeding, bottle-feeding, taking walks, engaging in outdoor play, and transporting the children to school and camp.

I am CPR certified, have a clean driving record, and bring over 8 years of experience working with children in various capacities. This includes summer camp counseling for Pre-K and Kindergarten, working at Kids First Day Care Center (ages 3 months to 5 years), My Gym Children’s Fitness Center (Westfield and New Providence locations), as well as babysitting (ages 2 months to 10 years) and nannying during college summer breaks. My passion for working with children stems from my aspiration to become a Pediatric Speech and Language Therapist.
