Meet Nina: A nanny and babysitter in Boston, MA

Hello! My name is Nina, I'm currently a sophomore at Boston University, but originally I'm from New Jersey in the suburbs of Philadelphia.

I absolutely adore working with kids, and I've done so since my first babysitting job when I was 12 years old. Since then, I have had experiences of all sorts. I've watched children as young as a month old to teenagers, helped only children to families of five, and taken on full-time nannying positions to occasional babysitting gigs. In every circumstance, I have learned so much and I still use these skills in everyday situations.

The majority of my experience comes from a family of four girls who I began with when I was thirteen years old that I'm still lucky enough to watch grow up today. When I began, the youngest was born two weeks into my time with them, today she is nearly 6 years old. This is to say - I'm very comfortable in 'chaotic' environments and easily adaptive. I'm ready to help with the 'not so fun stuff' like homework and cleaning/organizing, while also encouraging an environment of playfulness, imagination, and most importantly, safety. By working with children, I love that I'm able to help the next generation and motivate them to work as hard as possible while remaining caring at their heart.
