Compassionate Caregiver Needed for Supportive Teen

We're seeking a caring, patient babysitter for our 14-year-old daughter with Down syndrome. She requires support similar to a 7-8 year old.

Job Responsibilities:

• Morning assistance (6:30 AM): Help her get ready for school

• After school care: 3-5 PM on weekdays

• Occasional full-day Saturday care (6:30 AM - 4 PM)

Key Details:

• Hourly Rate: $22-$27

• Must be comfortable with pets

• Flexible scheduling based on family's weekly needs

• School transportation provided

Ideal Candidate:

• Patient and understanding

• Comfortable supporting a teen with special needs

• Non-smoker

• Reliable and consistent

Start Date: December 18
