Energetic Care for Fun-Loving 4-Year-Old

We're looking for a part-time caregiver with high energy and a positive attitude to assist with morning and evening routines. Our daughter loves to climb, swing, play dress-up, and use her imagination. The ideal candidate has experience with autism or ADHD and can keep her motivated through games and fun activities. The position pays $19 per hour and requires PCA certification or willingness to obtain it. We prefer a non-smoker who is comfortable with pets and open to either morning or evening shifts from Wednesday to Friday, with occasional weekend hours.
