Are you a nurturing, active caregiver who loves working with young children? We need your help with our two adorable girls! Our family is looking for a compassionate Mother's Helper to join our team 3 days per week (approximately 15 hours total). Details about the kids: • Daughter I: Almost 3 years old • Daughter T: 5 months old Your primary responsibilities will include: • Engaging playtime with our toddler • Taking her to classes and activities • Sharing lunch together • Helping with afternoon nap routine • Light occasional assistance with baby sister Your ideal traits: • Loves reading, singing, and music • Enjoys active play (running, sports, playground) • Comfortable with parent sometimes at home • Reliable driver with clean driving record Scheduling flexibility: • Morning or afternoon shifts available • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday typically from 6am-6pm Compensation: $17-25/hour If you're passionate about child development and creating fun, meaningful experiences, we want to meet you!
