Hi! I'm Kalah! I began my career in childcare in 2017 when I joined a daycare in Downtown Baltimore. There, I worked as a teacher's aide with children aged three months to six years, dedicating three and a half years to this role. However, the pandemic changed everything. After a few months, I decided to transition into nannying, which became my main focus from mid-2020 over the next four years. During this time, I had the privilege of working with six different families, and I truly value the unique experiences and connections I formed with each one. I am starting a new chapter as a Substitute Teacher for the Baltimore County Public School system.
